Good location.

No guarantee of a parking spot. Small room and shower very small.

We stayed in Studio Number 3; the room is spacious and bright, and the staff is extremely friendly. Highly recommended.

No smart TV. Tight parking

Fantastic location - pleasantly situated opposite a park, but within walking distance of town centre and all amenities. Also, I was able to wash and dry my clothes.

The communication beforehand was excellent. Check in was carried out online before arrival so I was in my room very quickly upon arrival. The location of the property is excellent. Very close to town centre and also St James Football Ground. The property looked very well maintained and I loved the self catering kitchen and patio area. It meant I could make my own breakfasts and lunches with ease! The room was comfortable and the mattress was memory foam and so comfy. Very important for me to have a comfy bed! I loved the small patio garden and noticed the ceramic leopard hiding in the undergrowth on day 3!

The only drawback was having to carry my suitcae up the stairs, but I could have asked for help for this if I needed it. I was happy to carry my suitcases up the stairs myself, and for anyone with mobility issues in this regard, they only have to request help and I'm sure it would arrive.
