"Great spot to visit Exeter for the first time!"

The location was ideal for the conference I had to attend, which was held at the University of Exeter. The accommodation is located near the center of Exeter. Despite its central location, the area is very quiet, making it easy to get a good rest.

I personally did not like the bed. However, this is just a personal opinion and may not apply to others.

"Superb"

Very cozy room, with everything I need and more. The communal kitchen is amazing, better than I can dream of. Quiet all day. Great location.

There were some minor problems when I arrived (i.e. the door code didn't work and there was no toilet paper in my room), but the staff was quick and friendly to help.

The location is around the corner from the High Street and easy to find. The room is very clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood is quiet. The self-check-in is very convenient; you only have to type a code and the door opens.
