El piso es perfecto, ubicación de 10/10 junto al puerto. Con piscina y gimnasio comunitarios. Habitaciones separadas de la estancia principal y baño privado. Cocina bien equipada y todo limpio. Ducha de calidad. Hay wifi de calidad y smart TV. Lo mejor: la comunicación con la anfitriona, fácil auto check, fácil salida y recomendaciones.

Location - Convenient to walk to Gaya Street. Many restaurants and a 24 hours Korean convenient store at downstairs and also luggage storage and luggage transfer service to airport at Unit 3-60 Level 3 (EZHantar). The house is cozy and clean to stay, with fully equipped kitchen and utensils. Beautiful panorama view at Floor 32 and the big swimming pool. And love the greenery view from the living room. Helpful and friendly owner when communicating.

Just little things if you are light sleeper, the noise outside from the heavy traffic and cars passing by. Also the air cond compressor is next to the 2nd room. The crowded lift especially during check out time.

Spacious, tidy apartment that met our needs. Great location for access to restaurants and to the jetty. Perfect instructions for self check-in, and the swimming pool was a bonus, although we didn't end up using it.

Could do with some lamps for the evening as the main lights are very bright.

Key collection located at 32nd floor, too far up unlike most condo at ground level. No residential parking, charging at RM3 first 2 hours and RM1 subsequent hour. Some discount would be great if not complimentary. Need better quality batteries for AC & Fan remote control ..
