Carpark fee is not included. Not bad though.

Apartment was very clean and cosy

The location was perfect for us, as we spent our trip island hoping and snorkling via Jesselton Point. The apartment was clean, the shower pressure was very good and very warm - and the accommodation was as pictured. The pool was great, a nice view of the bay and very suitable for people of all ages. The apartment is well furnished and has plenty of utensils for your needs. Personal favourite was the reclining chair and the lovely views. The host was excellent, they provided very clear instructions as to how to enter the apartment block and accommodation (the video was a nice touch). Whenever we had any issues, they were always quick to help - thank you for having us.

The location is conveniently located just at the edge of the CBD. Plenty of parking spaces at their multistorey carpark. The commercial podium below offers plenty, ranging from restaurants, convenient stores to laundromats. Our host, Ms Queenie was very responsive. The key to the main door broke into 2 and Ms Queenie arranged for her parents to drop off a spare, despite it being the CNY eve.

Only 2 out of 4 lifts were running when we first arrived. So the waiting time dragged a little. On the 2nd day, all 4 were operating. Even so, they were always almost full
