Un edificio renovado muy lindo bien ubicado, con todas las comodidades

Era un poco pequeño el apartamento

Apartamento con dos habitaciones, una de ellas con baño en suite. Una cocina algo pequeña muy bien equipada. Tenía lavarropas y lavavajillas. La unidad daba al frente con vista a la calle. A 4 cuadras de una estación con 3 líneas de subte.

Si la cocina hubiese sido más grande, era perfecto.

Great location and great faciltiies. We stayed for 10+ days with our child and never felt like we were missing anything. Had no trouble at all with checking in and out. It would be our main destination for our future Madrid visits.

Only one minor thing: when you're taking a shower and someone turns on the water in the kitchen or in the other bathroom, the water gets really burning hot. Something to watch out for if you're booking for the winter.

It was very spacious apartment, it contained all the necessary items for the kitchen and cleaning. The property managers take good consideration of the needs. The area was perfect, close to restaurants and the metro. For the arrival there was some miscommunication about the way to enter the apartment but that was quickly solved Highly recommended

Perhaps and advice to the property managers will be to centralize in the same app the check in process and the opening of the doors
