The assembly of the sofa bed in reservations of 2 people who do not wish to share a double bed is limited to the occupancy and carries a supplement of €20. Improper use of this service may entail supplements and penalties in the event of any damage. Reservations for 3 or more rooms may be subject to different conditions and may incur surcharges. The accommodation is intended for temporary stays of a non‑vacation nature. To formalize the reservation, it will be necessary to sign a sublease contract indicating the reason for the stay.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
