Garda House Apartaments - Free Pool and Parking

Excellent apartment with comfy beds a great pool with AC!

Kitchen is too small for cooking.

Location is much better in reality than on pictures! It's a villa with separate apartments and separate entrances. We've stayed in Bardolino. Just amazing! Very clean and well organized. There is a swimming pool inside. Silent. Parking is ok. There is a coffee machine. Kitchen is fully equipped. Rooms are big enough. Bathroom is good. Highly recommended.

The property looks quite good. The chosen apartment is quite spacious and has everything you need inside.

Behind the property, there is a railway where trains pass quite frequently, and this noise is quite disturbing.

What the apartment offered compared to the description and pictures was a huge disappointment. There was no information about the below facts on the booking.com at the time of our reservation. - The internet was almost unusable. - The pictures uploaded to booking.com are misleading because it is not possible to identify which picture belongs to which apartment. - The "Apartment with Garden View (2 bunk beds)" is a tight space, uncomfortable for 5 people, mostly with small beds. - The kitchen was very poorly equipped, there were few pieces of every kitchen tools, there was no work surface at all. - The oven, which was written in the description, was not available in the apartment and the pans were not compatible with the 2-zone induction hob. - The bathroom needs renovation, it is outdated, it has broken elements and a 60 cm wide shower. - You can't open the shutters, it was dark all the time. - 20 meters from the “quiet” garden trains went every few minutes night and day. - Next to our terrace, there was a large pile of floor tiles and workers were pouring concrete at the end of the garden. - The renovation of the swimming pool has not been completed yet, so it was also unusable in addition to the garden. - Our host informed us about these ongoing renovation activities the day before our arrival, he thinks it's fine. - There are more industrial properties in the area than residential properties. If you don't want to waste your money, don't stay here, we won't do it again either!

This summer my family and me were in house ~Free Pool and Parking-Garda House Apartments~... We were in apartment Bardolino... Location is very good because we had our peace and privacy, but also by car we were close to everything around, markets, bars, restaurants, lake, Gardaland amusement park for everybody, castle Sirmione, Verona, etc... Apartment is great, enough space, clean, everything inside is useful, beds are big and comfortable... Toilet is also big what is very important... Every room has LCD TV :)... Owner Rosario is a great guy, also Marko manager can help if it is necessary... Communication with them was easy by WApp... We hope we soon come back :)))...

Everything was great, maybe the pool, which one was under construction, so we didn`t use it, but it`s not matter... Train is passes close to the house, but it`s not so big problem...

The location was good and quiet

The floors weren't clean when we checked in, we didn't have any dishwashing liquid or hand soap. The kitchen was lacking utensils

Good location with beach and supermarkets nearby, great parking spot, owner very responsive and easy to reach at all times

It depends on how you look at it. Perfect location for going to garda lake, Verona or Milan. But you need to take into account that it’s near a railway and in an industrial (mainly storage, no factories) part. (but we slept perfectly)
