Spacious rooms

Kitchen has vey little space, pool was not clean, no washing machine.

I like the environment because is a quite neat and cool place. Nearby supermarket around too.

I came all the way from Switzerland with my two children to spend the holidays and when we arrive , there was no code to enter the main entrance not to talk about getting inside the room..they sent us a message after booking that, when you arrive you have to message them to send you a code which we did. They was no recipient for help.evern for the location, there was no sigh board to locate. For us to get there we go a good Samaritan who took us there.This man helped us by calling them to get a code to enter the entrance. Later he left us because they said they will call back .for our surprise rain started 2 minutes the man left.we call and they don't respond to us. 10 minutes later someone ope the main entrance for us to enter but we still can't get to our room.for almost 2 and half hrs in the cold with children before we got the code.such a bad experience. I later received a message of apology because he went out without a phone. That's why he couldn't respond to us..you don't work like that.i also work in a hotel in Switzerland but I came all the way to italy to spend some days and wasn't all that Okey

Easy check-in, spacious and new apartment. Beautiful pool.

The apartment is located near some kind of farm and the air in the village stinks.

The apartment is clean, tidy and spacious and in a location near Gardaland, where we came for two days with the children. Shops, restaurants and bars are nearby.

We could not close or lock the master bedroom, the lock was faulty. It has a coffee machine, but no capsules. The suggestion is to put some salt, sugar, oil in the kitchen, for the team that comes for a short time, as well as tablets for the dishwasher.
