Anver is the best host I have encountered in a long time. From the moment the booking was placed he made the experience excellent. I did not have to ask for anything upfront. The apartment itself is all about intentionality, paying attention to detail on absolutely everything. I hope I can use it again if travelling as a smaller number. Its close to all amenities esp the walk by the ⛱️.

Gebrek aan kookgerei; te weinig glazen, koekenpan erg oud en botte messen. Zware deur, geen goede instructies voor inductieplaten en slechte communicatie; de frontdesk medewerkers konden met weinig helpen en zeker niet voor deze apt.

We waren hier voor de tweede keer. Heerlijk appartement, superschoon, zeer lieve gastheer en een fijn buiten. Ook de locatie in Seapoint is uitstekend. We hopen hier een ander jaar weer te komen. Een aanrader!

Anver was an amazing host, very friendly and helpful. We reported an issue with him and he came over immediately to resolve it. The apartment was really nice and fully equipped with everything you need, secure and ideally located. Would recommend and would stay again

We had a wonderful stay in this 1-bedroom, ground-floor apartment in a terrific Sea Point location for 8 nights. The apartment is spacious, modern, well designed and furnished and fitted to a high standard. If you want to have an afternoon drink, there’s a nice patio or the rooftop pool area with views of Lion’s Head. There are plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. If you have wheels, there is a secure underground car park right next to the lift. The kitchen was well equipped with a fridge freezer, 4 burner electric cooktop, oven, microwave, crockery, cutlery and glassware. There’s a communal laundry in the basement and if you want to skip the dryer the apartment has a clothes rack for drying. Our room was serviced during our stay – and the housekeeper did a stellar job!! The one downside is that there is no air conditioning or insect screens, but there is a fan which helps. Anver was a great host – he was super helpful and responsive. Unfortunately, there was a water outage during our stay, but Anver went above and beyond to help us get through it. This is a great option for a central Sea Point stay.
