The Apartment is amazing, super modern, top Location with a lot of Restaurants nearby. In the building there is also gym and laundry room, which is super handy.

Very centrally located - easy walking to loads of shops / restaurants / the promenade. Ubers are easy to catch. The apartment is very well kitted out, great kitchen facilities, comfortable bed and lovely indoor / outdoor seating. Very secure with great parking. The host is fantastic - lots of information, very helpful and friendly. Norfolk Deli (in the building ) serves great coffee, pastries and sandwiches.

The apartment is next to the main entrance to the block, and the entrance gate squeaks like crazy. I’m sure they’ll oil it soon, but it did wake us up a few times.

What a pleasant stay i had at this property in Sea-point. From the moment i arrived in Cape Town, received a call from the host that even provided early check in. Gave me a tour of the entire property and made sure i'm comfortable in the area. Close to a lot of of local amenities and has the best little coffee shop in the building. i used uber to travel around Cape Town the service was efficient. I would highly recommend staying at this property, it has excellent service.
