PHLocation is great. Bus stop is just within the street.
Area needs improvement. Entering the building up until we reach the apartment door at the high floor with unwanted smell, unorganised and dirty corridors.
GBThe flat itself inside was nice. The parking was good too. Comfy beds etc.
The building was disgusting, walking from the front door to your flat smelled really bad, dirty carpets, random stuff everywhere and hadn’t been painted etc. no effort was put into this part to make it presentable and bearable.

The house were like in movies from USA ghetto , smell in the house were bad as carpet were as old as i am , smell of weed from downstairs neighbor and fire alarm sounded twice a week , probably it's ok when you go to work and just sleep there but family's definitely need to avoid this property!
