2 Bedroom Flat with free parking in Manchester

Nothing didn't stay booked another hotel for the night. Very run down wouldn't want to leave my car there over flowing bins and broken down hgv in front blinds broken and looked very dirty

Comfortable beds, decent shower, everything we needed for our stay!

Beds were comfy. The flat has the bare minimum.

The location was awful- felt unsafe when arriving due to the state of the road/surroundings. The walls were like paper and could hear the family next door all evening/early morning. There was a literal hole in the cupboard going to outside? The kitchen window didn’t even have a handle so couldn’t shut it properly. & there was a ladder leading up to this window… felt unsafe staying here. The condition of the building is very poor. The hot water didn’t work, so we couldn’t even shower and the owner didn’t reply to any of our texts, even when we couldn’t access the property. We never even heard back from the owner.

The Kitchen facilities were all there and beds were comfortable. The rooms were hoovered and cleaned well to the best of cleaners ability. The walk in shower was nice and the towels were clean.

The house the apartment was in was very run down, while the apartment itself was fine. Our neighbours were very loud and didn't know how to control their children, and we ended up having to confront them. At one point someone tried to open our door. I could tell the cleaner tried their best to clean up the place, but the last people who stayed must of been really filthy because there was still reminents of spray tan and one of the rooms still had a slight stench of weed. The bedding smelt a bit musky too. Most of the bathroom was clean, except for the tiles in the shower had black mould and the shower head had pink bacteria. The best way to resolve this is to give the cleaner more time to clean.

Perfect place to stay for a group of family or friends, spacious rooms, nice large walk in shower room and all commodities provided. Full kitchen for making your own meals and fridge/freezer to chill the drinks.

The girls said it needed more mirrors to put their face on, only one was in the bathroom cabinet so getting ready time was doubled.

The apartment itself is to bad. Would have only stay the night.

Where do I start. Its run down its has people constantly living there they have shoes outside the door of each apartment including there washing hanging out to dry. All stairs haven’t been hoovered for a while. Neighbours( basically full time tenants) are loud drilling and door slamming constantly at all inappropriate hours. The whole building smells like rot and canniabas(mainly from apartment 13). Main door is always open and unlocked anyone can walk in. The road in front and at the side of the building has broken down cars/vans quite a few. Black mold in bath room. Wasn’t really a 2 bed it had a bed in living room and on in its own room. Windows are constant open all over the building as they have no handles. Don’t recommend for family’s or anyone that struggles with stars as there quite a few floors.

Giving a very bad review to this Airbnb. Family of 3 staying for two nights. Checked in during the evening. The description of the Airbnb is very lacking and inaccurate. Mentioned stairs only but host didnt let us know we have to climb up 4 flights of stairs up to the highest floor - we have 4 big suitcase. Upon entering the apartment there is already a strong weed of smell and the place smells nasty and hard to breathe. Would think it is better once we close the door. However our whole room from the hallway the kitchen living room bathroom and two bedroom smells of weed. The place was freezing. The TV wasn’t even working at all ( plug turned on and tried pressing diff direction). The only thing working is heater. Before using the amenities, kitchen sink is full of remaining of food from previous tenant so it wasn’t clean. Toilet wasn’t flush properly. First thing I did was to private message the host to let them know about this. ( I have proof to let them know before hand that we’ve haven’t use any amenities at all). Only managed to communicate with the host when I CALL them. Told them about the weed smell, uncleanliness of the place. At first we thought we could sleep it off and leave the place in the morning since we’re tourists. The host acknowledged the complaints but didn’t seem to be doing much to provide better service for us. But what made us LEAVE the place packed up our luggage and leave the first thing in the morning was the toilet flush wasn’t working at all, and the weed smell was so bad it was giving us hard time to breathe ( even with all windows shut). We had to place towels under the door gap to shut the smell. We asked if there’s any compensation even for a night - paid for two night and we did stay for one night only.
