Augusta House - Moseley

One of my preferred places to stay when in Birmingham. Free parking, all amenities available that you would need for a short stay. Host is very welcoming and deals with all issues promptly.

The noise from upstairs and/or the neighbouring apartment was extremely loud. Could hear footsteps and creaking constantly.

Nicely decorated nice layout ect Bathroom and kitchen are stunning plenty of space and storage very quiet area

Was abit grubby mirrors kitchen cupboards floors all needed a wipe down and a scrub, the shower fills with water and flooded the bathroom meaning no towels to use because they was used to dry the floor as there was no mop ect there was a lot of noise from the flat above till around 4am both nights!

Location was perfect for County Cricket Ground and shops and restaurants. Property was very clean.

Drain overflowed outside the bedroom window all night which made quite a noise ( we did have quite a lot of rain) it was fine once I put in earplugs. The neighbourhood is residential and quiet otherwise

Communication with the owner was very efficient

The owner was so helpful and the flat was well located and everything was new

The flat seemed closed for while and had a musty smell

Great facilities and comfortable flat. Felt home from home. Perfect.

Some noise from the neighbours and cannabis smoking.
