Augusta House - Moseley

It was a nice, quiet area and the bathroom and kitchen were both modern with good fittings. Comfy bed too

Slightly confusing entry at first as the front gate was locked but you go in through vehicle gate. The front doors were unlocked but lockbox within that. The entry hall is not very welcoming, furnished by a brick on the floor. The flat itself is well decked out but could use some air fresheners in the main room. The main issue was the heating which was not working during the night meaning it was very cold. Eventually managed to get it working after looking at the boiler. Apparently there was a hive heating but this was not made clear or given instructions how to use it. I would also recommend bringing earplugs as I was woken by lots of noise from the above flat (bedsprings...?)

spacious rooms. clean. heating easy to use. location. good communication with host. quiet area , not city centre but approx £8 by Uber in the evening.

Loads of space all mods cons covered

Lovely, modern, clean apartment. Well-appointed with everything you need for a short break. Excellent location in a quiet residential area, but walking distance to the pubs and restaurants of Moseley and Kings Heath. Good communication from the owner and great value for money
