Studio Apartment 5 with balcony and river view

My second stay here, enjoyed it as much as the first, easy secure access and instructions from Josh, everything thats needed is in the studio, plus the bed is very comfortable.Love the spacious balcony with a riverside garden view, weather was very warm so it got good use.

A previous guest must have pinched the bathroom sink plug! Still would love a mirror over the bathroom sink. Nothing not to actually like though!

Perfect location for a visit to Norwich

Great location and everything you could need including parking ! Short lovely walk to town and by the river.

Bedding / pillows / mattress could do with an upgrade if possible!? But very clean which was great! So unfortunately not that comfortable and no long mirror in the apartment.

Just the location and living room was ok.

The shower was less than inadequate. Broken shower with hardly any water coming out of the shower, (hense very low water pressure) shower connection broken so was leaking a lot of water and the water was lukewarm. Fridge was not working, which led to our food spoiling and us loosing out on money. We had a nice dinner planned which was ruined due to the fact that this broken fridge was not communicated. Picture of the yellow fridge also shown; unfortunately I couldn’t take a picture of the smell. We paid for a service and did not receive that service. No offer of compassion. I will not be recommending this ‘studio apartment’

Convenient location. Bed against wall so beat in mind if mobility not so good. Lovely balcony and all amenities

Location was great and on site parking was easy to use and was very affordable.

The bath towels were tiny, please buy some bath sheets.

A comfortable, nicely laid out studio apartment in a small modern block by a riverside green, lots of light comes in from the patio doors, a big balcony with a nice green view, equipped with the basics and a shower with plenty of hot water. Josh was very helpful and dealt admirably with an incident that was out of his control. Recommended.

All i would add is a mirror over the bathroom sink and a simpler cotton bedset.
