the receptionist was very helpful and patient.

First, my key card was not activated! it wouldn't eork , it was a struggle to get outside and go back to my room, i was lovkee out of my room befause my card wouldn't work since the beggining ! Next, I didn't have a tv remote in room , i had to call the receptionist to come over and when he tried the remote that one wouldn't work so he had to come back a second time when i was already in pijamas and had him over testing this second remote to work properly. The vending machine was empty and surrounded by homeless watching tv on their phone. there were weird men walking by me and my room multiple times on propose , it was creepy.

First the room is dirty like someone use the room and respread the bed the sheet was dirty the micowave dont work inside very dirty the inside side inside the bed side table have alot of food scrums in it the face basin have a lot of hair inside it the bath tub dirty bathroom full of hair on the floor the curtain in the room extra dirty for white curtain worst place i ever stay i regret it

The staff

There were beg bugs, cockroaches, trimmed hair in the sink, and mold in the shower.

I didn't like anything about this but the front desk lady was really nice

The room is completely filthy there was burnt holes in the comforter the room smelled horrible and it turned on all the lights this morning there was puke on the outside of the toilet the floors are black with dirt from when I brought them with my towels it smelled horrible the furniture looks like you guys got it out of a dumpster is the worst f****** hotel I stayed in in many many years and I've been here a few years ago when it was nice it's a joke I want my refund and I want it now
