Modern 2BR Chester Flat

The shower was full of mould, the whole flat and a pungent smell about it, and no toilet paper was left in the flat so we had to buy some.

Liked the layout of flat & bedroom having a en-suite. Was in a nice area & not far from Chester center

No extra bedding for couch bed even tho it's stated for 5 people to stay, really only for 4 as only double bed & 2 singles, lucky enough we took are own bedding & a blow up bed as couch bed was rotten dirty. Glasses & dishes all dirty with marks on them, so had to wash them before using them. Fridge freezer was dirty with liquid spilt in draws & shelves. Cobwebs & dead spiders in kitchen & bathrooms. Bathroom sinks were dirty with marks all over them so had to wipe them down aswell before using. Every bin was full of rubbish when we got there. Didn't get code for the key box untill gone 10pm, which had us anxious as we was at an event & wasn't sure if we would be able to get in when we got back as hadn't sent code till so late. For the price we payed for 3nights & we had to take a spare bed & clean everywhere, id say only things that where clean was towels & bedding.

Parking bay provided quiet location

Freezer drawers frozen solid, we didn’t use it

The location was good. Not to far from the city centre. Quiet area with lovely surroundings.

The pictures of the place on the website were very misleading. The accommodation was very run down and un clean. There was animal fur everywhere (we didn’t travel with pet). There was mould on the towels provided. The bathroom walls were all cracked with plaster missing and mould. A bag of unwashed linens was left by the front door with hoovers and chairs just all about the place. The facility themselves were all in working order, however the cleanliness was extremely disappointing.

Very clean apartment, big rooms, everything you need, parking available, only 20 minute walk into town.

Bathrooms could do with updating. Slight issue with second bedroom window which could do with looking at.
