Great location for Boardwalk and beach. I stayed in the penthouse which had a unique layout and 2 balcony. Had everything but a washing machine for longer stay.

Parking is hard but no fault to the apartment it the area.

Size of the apartment. Light and airy. Two floor with balconies. Well equiped kitchen. Bath and shower with plenty of hot water.

No street number on the booking comfirmation made the apartment difficult to find. No hot water in kitchen for washing dishes. Third floor penthouse but no lift.

Los inquilinos o no sé si también son clientes, hacían demasiado ruido, habían menores y azotaban la puerta, sé escucha qué arrastraban sillas . Desde muy temprano.

El apartamento estaba super limpio, completo y en una muy buena ubicacion. Muy buena atencion, volveremos

The location is great, just next to the beach front in a quiet street, but at the same time very lively area. There is everything you need in the flat. It is clean and well-furnished. It is an excellent place for a short or a week + stay. The check-in is very easy and the host is super responsive and kind. We could even check-in earlier with the place availability and the confirmation of the host. Certainly a place to come back for a next stay in Las Palmas.

We were lucky with the first floor and light luggage, but to be noted that there is no lift. We were not so lucky with the weather and you may need to have some warmer clothes as there is no air condition (the fan operates only for cooling).

The location is great, 4 minutes from the beach, calm street, many restaurants and supermarkets within 5-10 minutes walk. The staff was very helpful and available for any kind of questions and assistance. There was no kettle in the flat and after short chart with the owner, we got new kettle the very next noon. In the kitchen u can find everything u need for ur stay, as well as oil, salt, sugar, few spices, and detergent for the washing machine as well. The place is on the 1st floor with about 20 stairs to reach. The closest bus stop is next to Mercado del Puerto, where u can find few stalls with amazing tapas

2 times we had drop of electricity, but those problems also was solved very fast by personal. The drawers were a bit smelly with stuffy air. It's long room with only 2 windows on one end, i think in the summer can be very hot there without possibility to air out the house.
