The apartment, location and host are fantastic! We stayed there 7 days and they even provided us with toilet paper for the full stay! The location is super nice, there is a hiking trail starting from nearby and also a fantastic yoga studio; and of course tasty restaurants and coffee places. The apartment has everything you need and more (Dishwasher, dryer and washing machine!)

On weekend nights it can be a bit noisy, though that’s more due to the surroundings than the host or the apartment itself. The air quality indoors was sometimes a challenge, mainly because there was no air conditioning or mosquito nets on the windows, so we had to balance between opening the windows for fresh air and avoiding mosquito bites.

Great communication from the start of the booking ,with directions etc The apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It is in a fabulous location,up a quiet street, just steps away from the beach and restaurants. We wish we stayed longer than a week. We will definitely be back. Amazing. Thank you

Nothing not to like

Great location, nice host, nice place overall. The host even brought us a heater when we asked. It's a quiet street, there's a kitchen to cook food (with both an electric stove and a microwave, though the toaster didn't seem to work), the bathroom is ok. It's a perfect home base for exploring both Las Palmas and Gran Canaria as a whole.

I would have given an 8 but there was no cleaning done at all throughout our stay for a whole week. Admittedly I didn't think to ask either until the last days when the floor became downright dirty from the accumulated dust (and we didn't have a vacuum to clean, only a broom), however I think this falls on the host rather than the guest to be proactive, so I recommend to the host to factor cleaning (and supplies like liquid soap) in advance for longer stays and discuss with the guests when to bring them. Not a dealbreaker, just a recommendation. Also the towels were kind of bad, they take forever to dry, I recommend an upgrade there as well :)
