La ubicación esta muy bien, tiene la playa de las canteras a menos de 5 min. Todo muy limpio (baño, cuarto, sabanas). Le hice una pregunta al anfitrión por mensaje y el tiempo de respuesta fue bastante rapido. Excelente todo. El mueble que era para que las niñas (10 y 8 años) durmiera , bastante comodo. La unica sugerencia que dejo. Es sobre el ventilador que nos dejo, una limpieza y listo. De resto mas nada

La posizione, il prezzo, pulizia, servizi il proprietario che appena contattato era già la pronto a lasciarci le chiavi anche prima dell'ora dell check-in previsto. E' stato veramente cordiale e pronto a ogni nostre necessità. sicuramente lo consiglierei a altri amici, Parla benissimo l'inglese e Spagnolo.

Gia parlato con il proprietario. degli accorgimenti per migliorare il contesto in generale. Era molto contento di ricevere consigli e ha promesso di seguirli per migliorare l'appartamento.

"Приемлемое пребывание за свои деньги"

На кухне было все, что необходимо. Посудомоечная машина и стиральная машины очень облегчали быт. Кровать и диван комфортные. Пляж недалеко.

Единственный, но очень существенный минус этой квартиры - это то, что только одно окно, через которое практически не поступает воздух. Нет возможности хорошо проветривать квартиру. Спать было некомфортно.

"Great place to stay on a lovely island"

Nice place near the beach in Las Palmas. Close to the beach, public transportation and a variety of places to eat. Enjoyed the stay and would return

You probably need some earplugs because the noise from the stariwell can come into the bedroom

Beautiful and clean space just behind la Puntilla next to Las Canteras. Had three amazing days. Nice bed and good facilities. Helpful host!

"Terrible comfort, bad cleaning, lack of water in the shower and kitchen."

We have travelled a lot and I always found that the rating on Booking is trustworthy. This time not. 8,7 is way out. The only thing positive is closeness to the beach.

No water in the shower in the morning. The kitchen sink not connected to hot water. Furnitur seems to be gathered from a flee market. Bad cleaning. We found cloths left in the drawes. No sun on the balcony in January.
