Everything. Location was perfect, next to the supermarket, restaurants, beach, shops and the busy street next to the sea. The apartment was comfortable, clean and had all I needed. The living room has a good size, with huge TV, WiFi, a sofa comfortable enough to spend the night there. The kitchen had all I needed to prepare my food, the fridge and freezer were ok, the stove works great. The bathroom was clean, the shower always had hot water. The bedroom is spacious with a huge closet.

The location was perfect, so close to the beach yet quiet, secluded from the hustle and bustle of the playa. Host was very kind, approachable, helpful with everything we needed.

Being on top floor, no lift to take up your luggage, bathroom could have been cleaner, but altogether is a great place to stay. We loved it.

The best place that I have stayed in while traveling in Gran Canaria, the apartment has everything you need and is very quiet. The hosts were very helpfull and friendly. I would definitly return!

not a clean place... Also when I asked for the towels to be replaced during our 2 weeks stay, they were surprised, not understanding the need to change it!! But then offered to replace it for an extra cost of 20Euros. Not to mention the sheets.. So basically in case you decide to stay here, bring cleaning products and be ready to do lots of laundry in the ''closest'' laundrette. pillows are extremely uncomfortable (cheapest IKEA pillows). it's clear that whoever set it up didn't care much about the hosts but the quick profit.. also doesn't seen to be legalized as a holidays place...

I liked everything, to be honest. The fact that the apartment is on 2 floors was not a problem. Very comfy beds with the possibility to make the bed upstairs double and it gave enough privacy. The terraces are fantastic! The neighborhood was really quiet (not easy to find such peace in Las Palmas). Right next to the beach! The host provided us with everything that was needed. Clean and nice smelly towels and bed linen.

Nothing! I read from other reviews that the neighbors were sometimes loud (in Spain buildings have less soundproofing than in other places), but we didn't experience noise at the time we stayed. Slept like babies :)

The flat was located in a Great location. Quiet side street but a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and all the other facilities you would need. The check in was painless and the staff accommodating to our requests. The flat also had a big TV and two balconies.

WiFi could have been faster or more stable but ultimately it was usable

I was in the 80m2 appartment. Amazing location, and this apartment had two(!) lovely terraces and a very comfortable bathtub. The bed was also very big and comfortable, there was a working massage chair, and you can hear the sea from the terraces. The host was very helpfull and friendly. The tv was very nice when the WiFi worked. True to the pictures. Lovely decorations and tiles, comfortable lounge chairs on the terrace, spacious.

-It wasn’t clear to me before booking that this 80m2 apartment with 2 terraces was actually 2 rooms spread over the 3rd and 4rth floor (or if you’re American 4th and 5th). It’s a big bedroom on the 3rd, with a lock and an ensuite bathroom & terrace. And on the 4th you have the kitchen (with another terrace). Only there’s no real door to the kitchen/ living room dividing the space from the communal stairwell. They did built a 1,50 meter door in the stairwell, which gives you private acces, but it doesn’t really close the whole space off. So in the kitchen you hear everything the other people in the building do. It isn’t the best feeling of privacy. It would have been good to know in advance. -no hot water in the kitchen -WiFi is unstable, but this seems to be common in LP. Host seems determined to do everything he can to improve it though!
