GBOverall, my experience was pleasant. The location is very good, making it convenient for getting around and accessing nearby amenities. The facility itself is comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and enjoyable environment throughout my stay. Plus, facility smells good. I would rate my stay 4 out of 5 stars and would gladly consider staying here again in the future.

The photos DO NOT reflect the reality of what the apartment looks like. Very shabby needs re-painting Stained carpet Exposed wire on bedroom ceiling light and in kitchen. Microwave not working properly Shabby kitchen units, no extractor fan Apalling state of towel rail. Generally unfavorable smell Looking out of kitchen although not accessible there was cigarette butt's, two light fittings and remains of a fence, very unsightly. It would not take much to change these things. Felt like company was purely thinking of financial gain over customer satisfaction. Should be taken off booking.com untill these things are addressed.

Decent property spoilt by details. Cleaners had missed corners in most rooms, oven was filthy inside, no light on the top landing (could have just been the bulb, but no spare bulbs), microwave was broken, so the platter didn't revolve, handbasin in bathroom was partially blocked. all things that should have been spotted by the cleaners. No iron - don't know if there should have been one, but there was an ironing board. Bannisters on the stairs were too short and didn't come up to the height needed for the top steps. That's just skimping.
AUComfy lounge, nice kitchen, beds clean and ok
The stairs were an absolute nightmare. I am a senior and did not like the almost vertical staircases and having to negotiate one of them to get to the bathroom particularly as the handrails did not reach the whole length. Otherwise the property offered all that was needed for one night.
