GBBed linen was clean.
Upstairs hall light bulb inoperable. Microwave oven plate rotator missing, making microwave inoperable. Roller blind on kitchen door broken. Wardrobes in main bedroom broken. Carpet, from kitchen to living room, dirty. Burn on main bedroom carpet. Poor WIFI signal. Ironing board provided, but no iron. Unable to take a bath as the bath taps only function in shower mode. Shower head cracked along the seam, allowing water to squirt out sideways. Broken support slats in both single beds, causing them to feel insecure. Second bedroom door cannot be closed as it has stolen and catches at the top left hand corner. Lack of electricity sockets in living room. Sink plug in bath room broken. No bin bags provided to empty the bin (which you are expected to do at the end of your stay even though you are charged a £35 cleaning fee!). Only one tea towel provided. Only three sets of cutlery provided. Bulb missing in living room lamp. Apparent cigarette burn on loo seat. Large amount of apparent nicotine staining on towel rail, as if someone had used the bathroom as a smoking room. The main apartment door could do with a manual throw bolt on it to make the occupants feel more secure. A parking place is reserved for the tenants use, but good luck ever getting to use it as there will usually be someone already parked in it as the surrounding area is all restricted parking and a parking space is highly contended.

property is quite old. central heating thermostat was not functional, so it was quite cold at night. Wifi was very weak.

had no hot water or heating and froze all night and no hot baths after a day out
GBFantastic place. Very roomy. Super clean and just what we were looking for. The master bedroom was HUGE. Absolutely would stay again and the owner was very accommodating when we had some issues booking / date changing (completely my fault)
We did struggle to find the designated parking due to a number of dead ends and 1 way streets. But we got there in the end
