Scruffy outside the property, bad smell on opening the front door, both children’s beds were broken on arrival. Property in need of updating all areas, the apartment is worn and dated only one bulb out of four working in the kitchen, oven was dirty. No curtains on bedroom window and broken wardrobes with no handles. Nails sticking out of carpet runner’s. Front door inside handle loose.

Apartment was very warm (weather was exceptionally hot though) and opened all available windows - road was noisy. Steep stairs may cause an issue for some.

When we arrived the whole place stank off curry. The property needs a lot of maintenance. There was a small child sized hole in the floor covered by carpet. It looks like a building site outside. No spare toilet paper. No tea or coffee provided. I thought for 124 quid for one night it was a ripoff.
AUThe rooms were spacious and airy and the property was clean. The kitchen was well equipped.
The property was a bit run down - there was a hole in a floorboard, no blinds or window coverings in the bedrooms, poor quality mattresses and bedlinen (pillows etc) - loose tiles spread around at main property entrance. Unusually no tea or coffee supplies were made available at the property.

The broken floorboard under the carpet on the upper landing. This created a hole which was dangerous. The toilet seat was too small and didn't fit and moved around a lot. There was no blind on one of the bedroom windows, so we were woken by the light very early. The upper landing light didn't switch on. There is a large step down across one of the bedrooms which is really dangerous at night if you forget it is there and trip and fall, which we did. It would be much better if this step was changed into a ramp under the carpet. You could hear noise from other people next door banging doors and loud voices for some of the time in the evening. We can't comment on other facilities, eg. the TV because we didn't use it.
GBBright, spacious, clean and comfortable! Good location for me for work. Despite being near the high street it was nice and quiet. The owners seem very nice too.
