Alles sehr sauber und die Familie war total zuvorkommend und hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt! Das Frühstück war sehr sehr lecker (Auswahl aus verschiedenen Gerichten)! Sehr Empfehlenswert

"Overall a great stay, the host was so nice and helpful, did our laundry, we rented bikes, everything was good"

Nice and spacious room. Aircon was good. Big bathroom as well, with a little storage. Host was lovely.

Quite hard bed, gets uncomfortable after a couple days. Because of no shower curtain, everything gets wet in the bathroom, after a 10 minute shower.

Great homestay in Tam Coc run by a lovely family. The rooms are spacious and spotless clean, the complementary breakfast is good and the location is perfect (just off the main road on a quiet street). We can absolutely recommend it!

"Fantastic homestay run by a lovely family"

Everything! The location was central but just off the main road so not too much noise. The family that run it (inducing their young daughter who was really sweet), are so kind and helpful and make a good breakfast. We got an overnight bus to Ninh Binh and they got up ready for our planned arrival time. The rooms were really spacious.

La miglior homestay di tutto il nostro soggiorno in Vietnam. Posizione ottima stanze pulitissime e i proprietari carinissimi. Veramente stra consiglia. Possibilità noleggio bici o scooter direttamente da loro.

"Exceptional"

Very calm area but close to the center, we rented bikes for 100k each (not really good but ok for exploring around the flat area). Pancake with banana for breakfast was the best we’ve had in vietnam so far and the family is really kind and welcoming.

Only downside of the room is that the light from the door cannot be blocked at night so you wake up with natural light early.
