It’s a ground floor apartment and we had some very heavy footed people above who were up very early.
INCozy place and very properly maintained. The Park is front is good for a stroll.

The property is in the basement, luckily it does have windows. Though the family above have young children and I was there for work, the floorboards are quite thin and you can hear a lot about what everyone above is up to...

GBGBbeautifully furnished, quirk design, modern, spacious and warm. good location close to the Quays - easy to walk to restaurants & shops plus there's a lovely park opposite
parking was nearby but in a very dark (at night) unlit 'off road' - not easy to see and I felt unsafe as a woman on my own walking in the dark. Lights would have helped. the flat would benefit from some some practical additions e.g. cleaning products, microwave dishes. you can hear every sound from the flat above...the 'neighbours' weren't particularly noisy, but sound really travelled. flat 2 is a basement flat so very dark. run as a business so lacks personal touch you get from a 'host'
