Sound proofing re upstairs flat was not the best but the lack of it was by no means intolerable. Despite having the access code for the internet and being able to connect to the network, there was no internet service on the network.

AUVery spacious apartment, everything major in Gloucester was a 10-minute walk away, so we didn't need to move the car much at all. When the basement neighbours (same host BnB) were rude by playing loud music all night, the host was responsive and apologetic, dealing with the situation promptly. The park opposite was perfect for our young children and really quiet in the mornings. Bedrooms were spacious and well decorated. Kitchen was well equipped for meal preparation. One of the best accommodations we used on our whole trip.
Feedback given by us to host was that access to a dustpan and brush (or broom) would have been useful for between meal clean ups, rather than needing the vaccuum each time, and the washing machine needed a deep clean. The host was thankful for the feedback and eager to rectify those minor issues for future.
