AUI loved the decor, which gave the apartment a lot of character. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Tea, coffee and sugar were also provided.
Unfortunately I arrived during a downpour and a hole in the gutter above made a strong spout of water fall just where I was trying to open the key box. It was very stiff, but I was fortunate to receive help from some obliging neighbours.
GBThe location is perfect for discovering Gloucester. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Outside area which was great for the dogs.
Our personal preference but we found the mattress too hard and as we are used to a king size bed found the double a bit small.

GBA fab, quirky little flat! We loved the random decor and the location was perfect. The town, restaurants and cathedral were all in walking distance.
The parking was difficult to understand from the instructions and located around the corner. No signs and felt like we’d parked on someone’s private land. The welcome guide gave different instructions on parking and I was worried I was then in the wrong place. Called host to be told welcome pack was out of date. The WiFi wasn’t working or picking up in the livingroom which was a problem as I was away for work so had to sit in the bedroom to send emails. The TV in the livingroom also didn’t work as this was setup on WiFi only so couldn’t find a connection. The kitchen had everything available other than a fridge and no milk sachets available to make a hot drink. The neighbours were loud, they woke us up at 1am like a herd of elephants above banging doors and generally being inconsiderate. Lastly we felt the flat was very dusty and unused like everything had settled.
