Una zona tranquila,con un centro comercial al lado y al lado del río.

Toda la zona es aparcamiento solo para residentes o zona azul si no reservas un parking con tiempo lo puedes tener complicado.

Localização e preço

Limpeza geral bastante insuficiente. Sofá cama bastante sujo, apenas 1 lençol de baixo para o sofá cama. Apenas 1 toalha por pessoa. Colchão da cama muito desconfortável. Apesar de ser uma zona tranquila, qualquer barulho na rua ouve-se bastante dentro do apartamento.
