Nur 10 min. zu Fuß zur Metro. Um die Ecke ist ein Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig.

Das Badezimmmer war schlecht oder gar nicht geputzt. Am Badmülleimer klebte Blut! Die dunklen Handtücher haben gestunken. Auf dem Laken des Doppelbetts waren Tierhaare!

O espaço é maravilhoso, muito bem decorado e possui tudo para uma pequena estadia, incluindo máquina de lavar roupas. Fica cerca de uns 12 minutos de caminhada até a estação de metrô Legazpi (a Usera está fechada para reformas). Há um shopping ao lado, que foi ótimo para quem estava com um filho adolescente. Aliás, recomendo ir ao mirante do shopping, tem uma vista incrível ao entardecer. Em frente tem um parque e um bar, que foi muito bom para um drink após passear pela cidade. Na rua acima têm restaurantes e bares com tapas.
