Apartamentos Manzanares 'Madrid Rio'

It's a very new appartment and the position it's nice close to the river and the metro. It's very clean and the cleaning woman incredible friendly. A good and soft mattress. Also easy check in.

In Booking is written the parking is for free on the street why we took this appartment. The owner lied on the phone and did say it just changed. But as we asked in diffrent bars for a good parking all told us it's since months that is not free anymore. We would have taken another flat more close if we had new that we have to pay 25 euro per day for the parking. You have to be honest in the advertisement and if it changes to take it out in booking. The bathroom is very humid and smell not so nice (it's nothing about cleanness). The rest was good. I just didn't like that they lied and do wrong advertisement.

It was perfect. The one bedroom apartment is very cute, very clean, all renovated and has everything needed: from washing machine to plates to pans to detergent to shampoo. It is in a great neighborhood, with a mall, a big store, small grocery shop just at the corner open late, restaurants, parks and the river! There are buses and the metro is a few minutes away. We appreciated the communication with the owners, it was very easy to check-in and check-out. I could live there!

Everything was perfect.

Great location if you are visiting Madrid by car, a lot of free parking spaces. Excelent aparmtnet with all the necesarry amneties. Shops and restaurants near by. The nearby park was excellent.
