USthe location and view were fabulous beds were very comfortable property mgr went above snd beyond to help us with our baggage snd transportation snd spoke english
the property needed a bit of house keeping, such as extra tp, iron that worked and directions in english to use tv snd mechanics, no coffee machine
AUThe location was perfect with amazing views from 2 of the windows located next to the bedroom. Sound proof double glazing stopped all traffic noise from the road below but wonderful shutters on all windows to open and look out from.
Although I'm not pedantic, the general cleaning and preparation for new guests could have been a little better. Only 2 pillows provided for 2 guests, an additional covering for the provided bed sheet was an uncovered doona stuffed into a cupboard, previous guests part used toiletries and sanitary items left in the bathroom and the floor, although swept, felt dirty.

INThe location was excellent
The second bed which was part of the living area had no fan. The pedestal fan there was broken, let the property owner / manager know of it immediately on arrival but nothing was done. In these warm conditions it was really a bad experience for the members of our family using that area

Miscommunication concerning time of, arrival, certain necessities like toilet paper and blanket missing at time of arrival, but were provided soon thereafter.
GBThe location was beautiful, it was easy to find, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good and all information was provided by the host that we needed.
The only issue we had was no iron, but wasn’t the end of the world.
USLocation was good. Close and safe walking distance to everything in Varenna. Price compared to other properties was great. Apartment was sufficiently modern and clean.
Would have liked soap and shampoos to be provided. Washer but no dryer. Actually was a good deal to drop off laundry next door at a wash service.
