HAMA Villa with private pool

We really love the villa, good place to be after a tiring day of doing activities around El nido. We are also very thankful to Ailyn for accomodating us during our stay and making sure that everything is well taken care of.

You need to arrange for transportation if you want to get in and out of the villa.

There is nothing to like about the property when the host has no clue how to manage/ run it

We had the worst experience at this property. We had booked the villa for 5 nights, but on the 3rd day, after informing the management that the toilet flush was not functioning, the issue was checked — and that’s when we were in for a complete shock. The owner/host, Stephanie, arrived at the property and informed us that the municipality had cut off the power supply to the villa and that we would need to leave. What made the situation even worse was how unapologetic and dismissive she was throughout the entire interaction. She even asked us which country we were from, and after hearing our response, casually remarked, “I’m sure y’all experience power outages all the time in your country.” Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Apparently, this villa does not even have its own proper electricity connection and borrows power from neighboring properties. There is no generator backup whatsoever — only a few batteries capable of running some basic lights and fans. Despite putting guests in such an unacceptable situation, the host made absolutely no effort to help us find alternate accommodation or assist with transfers. With a 2-year-old baby traveling with us, we were simply left stranded to either somehow “manage” with barely any electricity or figure things out entirely on our own. To make matters worse, the swimming pool shown in the pictures is nothing like reality. The water was cloudy and looked poorly maintained. When we raised this concern with the cleaning staff, we were simply told, “It’s clean — that’s just how it is.” Just a word of caution to anyone considering booking this property: if you are okay with being asked to leave midway through your stay due to the property losing electricity, then go ahead. Otherwise, avoid the stress and disappointment by booking elsewhere with better facilities . This place feels like it is being run by complete amateurs who have no idea what they are doing.

Nice style, comfortable beds, attentive staff.

The shower drain was clogged and air-conditioning leaked on the wall and floor. The staff unclogged the drain and fixed the aircon drain promptly. It's located in an area that wasn't very well kept.

Krásná vila, nedaleko od Lio pláže. Hezky bazén, dobre vybavení

Od brzkého rána kokrhajici kohouti. V popisu je to zmíněno ale předčilo to všechny me představy. Nevyhovovaly nam vysoké polštáře, ktere nebylo možné vyměnit.

Beautiful villa and an incredibly helpful host! They provided everything we needed, including arranging tours and transportation, and even shared a handbook full of great recommendations that we found very useful. The villa was all set for our arrival, even though I only confirmed our arrival time the night before due to uncertainty with our ferry to El Nido. We truly appreciated their communication and hospitality throughout our stay, would highly recommend staying here!

La villa es increíble. Todo súper bonito y cómodo. Los dueños son encantadores y te ayudan en todo. La villa está súper bien equipada. Estás apartado de el centro de El Nido pero nosotras lo agradecimos ya que está ubicada en un sitio tranquilo.

Solo recalcaría que si viajas en temporada de lluvias como nosotras, el acceso a la villa es de tierra y se encharca muy fácilmente. Si se alquilan motos ir con cuidado a la hora de acceder.
