Large apartment, fairly quiet, kitchen was immaculate, heating was excellent, living room was nice, could do with curtains on bedroom perhaps or blackout blinds. Internet was 10/10. Location was very good. Real good value for money

The toilet seat was not fixed correctly, but I would guess the owners did not know about this, so it was not a complaint at all.

Great idea for what it is to crash for a night or two

Struggle to park safely out on a separate road, over looking neighbours even looked through the window at my son. (tall man) Other neighbours in the back lane working with free roaming dog. (not the best) Flooring stained from use over time, cleaning of property 3/10. Small box room smells of mould and under bed on external walls covered in mould. Loose toilet seat and hadn't been cleaned Upstairs flat noises into late night ( but it is a flat) multiple hairs in and on bed.

My partner & I booked to spend 2 nights at this apartment with our newborn, & if it wasn't for my friend living around the corner from this property & a visit to her being the reason for our booking (so she could meet our baby), we would've actually cut our break short & head home, instead of spending another night at this apartment. To start, we were greeted with various mucky stains on the carpet which, understandably, sometimes cannot be helped or changed easily however, various other aspects removed the benefit of the doubt in this instance. Firstly, the toilet seat was not even on the toilet, just dumped beside the basin. When trying to put this back on (which is a pretty grim task, as a guest) we discovered that it had actually been broken off & left there, without being replaced. Out of the 4 pillows provided in the double bedroom, only 2 had pillowcases, & the bed is clearly broken as it severely dips in the middle (I believe this has been mentioned in another review). One of the lamps in the bedroom did not work, the headboard was full of dust & so was the bedside lamp. The sofa is badly stained, there was leftover food in the freezer, clearly showing that this hadn't been checked after the last stay, & don't even get me started on the state of the utensils & cutlery in the kitchen. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the condition of this apartment, & as a frequent traveller who has stayed in many different places across the world & understands the difficulties of hospitality, I really hate to leave a bad review however, I'm afraid that in this instance, I would not want anybody else booking a stay here (especially with a newborn baby) without being fully aware of these aspects.

Would like mattress and pillow protectors

Was a lovely property,easy to find, in a great location, plenty of shops around and bus routes as well

Mostly clean, tidy and warm

Master bedroom middle bed frame is broken, which causes the mattress to sink , making a good night sleep impossible to achieve. Also mattress in single bedroom really thin and poor quality, if bed and mattresses were firmer and better quality would be a lot better
