Apartment 1 Castle Lane

The place is nice and modern having all the facilities needed for a group of friends or a small family.

There was no way to contact the owner. Found black mold in the guest bedroom. No privacy with existing window blinds. The boiler is in the main bedroom. Damaged dining room chairs. Damaged bathroom door. Utensils, pots, pans and dinnerware all dirty with food stains and water stains. The bed sheets were not cleaned, I found a dirty tissue and a ladies thong in between the linen and duvet. No clothes rack for drying.

No Hair Dryer Vertical blinds in the living area are broken Could do with more cutlery

Was a nice modern apartment small but great for a couple had all we needed for our stay

Could of done with more comfy seating in the lounge if there was 3 people staying but fine for the 2 of us with the 2 seater sofa but enjoyed our stay

Lovely comfy beds, modern decor, kitchen facilities - hairdryer, ironing board, iron, hoover, washing up liquid, shampoo/lotion etc. Handy location. Agent very responsive.

Was told building of a bungalow on ‘land opposite’, however it was literally a foot from the front door. This made it difficult to find because the door sign was hidden by scaffolding. No fault of the owners but a clearer warning would have been helpful.

Flat is clean and nicely decorated. Well kitted out kitchen. Comfortable

Slightly inconvenient to access with luggage. Blinds let in too much light in bedrooms making it difficult to sleep
