Twin Room With En-Suite

The extra heater kept us warm, greatly appreciated. Access to the kitchen & washing machine was a bonus.

The mattress needs to be turned for even wear.

Th apartment was so noisy, I barely slept and the doors didn’t feel secure

It was clean.

The front door was not secure, it was very noisy I wonder if carpets would have helped absorb some of the noise. No staff available on the premises or we would have put forward our concerns in person . We won’t be returning.

Communication with the owner. Ease of access.

Carpet leading down to room is loose, needs looking at. For safety reasons.

Accommodation was as described. Functional and suitable for a short stay. good shower and comfortable beds. Some noise but not excessive. Some of the rooms are at basement level so don't expect a view! Manager was happy for us to leave our bags both at the start and end of the rental. which was appreciated.

Couple of lights didn't work, probably blown bulbs, but otherwise all fine.
