Twin Room With En-Suite

Light broken in the bathroom so was a bit dim in there

Very clean, perfect location wise and the staff were spot on, shower was incredible which is a big bonus when away for work

The beds where uncomfortable felt like the mattress was constantly trying to throw you to the floor. Lack of parking in the area is ridiculous albeit now the guest houses fault.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom mirror was at a weird angle

The room was comfortable and clean. The area felt super safe and was really nice.

The hotel is an old townhouse converted into rooms, the walls don't seem to be very thick or soundproofed so you can hear every time someone comes in or out of their room which happened until late into the night.

Everything was perfect! Comfortable beds, clean fresh room, full shared kitchen right beside our room, warm friendly host, terrific location near tons of transit on Leith Walk, area felt safe. This didn't matter to us, but be advised that it is a lower room, so the windows are on ground level and frosted out.

we had booked the twin room for 2 nights but the cleaner was late so we got an upgrade to the best room there. we were there for 2 nights and had 0 issues at all. the host was lovely and ensured everything met our needs. the bed was that comfortable that everytime i sat down i was basically falling asleep lol. the bathroom was spotless and provided us with everything we would need. im surprised it wasnt fully booked every night. the place was very lovely and homey with an amazing host. will definitely be back again
