Everything was clean, up to date, very well stocked and the view was beautiful.

Nothing. It was great.

The view was absolutely stunning. The home was fantastic with the open concept, appreciated all the amenities.

I was expecting a better beach area for sunning/swimming/snorkleling, my fault, I should have asked for more details about the beach.

The property was perfect, it was clean and modern and in the perfect location.

Nothing our stay was flawless.

The location was solid and the house was clean. We were provided with good facilities, including a wonderful jacuzzi.

Do not book this house if u want to have stress free relaxing vacation. The house was in a beautiful spot and the beach side view was nice but it was absolutely not worth the horrendous experience with the owner of the house. At the end of our stay, one of our group accidentally tripped into the mesh door and the mesh door tore at a corner. We immediately contacted the owners and they berated us. Throughout the whole interaction, we tried to calm down the situation and only spoke respectfully with the owners. However, we received nowhere near the same treatment from the owner. The owner continued to berate us, cursing at us and fathoming people in our group regarding their weight. Even then, we tried multiple times to calm her down and she completely disregarded are best efforts continually cursing and threatening us. Throughout the whole interaction, she continued to threaten us saying that she would call the police and extorted us by claiming that she would call the local police and law enforcement authorities as well as bring a legal case against us if we did not send her another 3000$ as a security deposit. WITHIN 30 MINUTES. We are all college students and we tried explaining to her that this was an incredibly unreasonable ask but she continued to threaten us with police and legal action. We went through immense trouble to gather the money and send it to her and after we left the house in clean condition, we received little to no communication regarding our deposit and when we could get our refund back. After around 2 months, the owner still had 3000$ of the security deposit plus another 2000$ of an original deposit that she had. This was 5000$ of our money that she held from us for 2 months. After 5 separate communications through booking.com, she finally responded with a refund that gave us the additional deposit of 3000$ back. However, she kept the other 2000$ by claiming outrageous charges on her receipts. This included charges for locks that were already

This property exceeded all of my expectations. First, the hosts: Brandy was amazing throughout the entire process. She is kind, very responsive and it felt like we are friends. Next, the property itself: this home is an amazing place to stay. Clean, new appliances, great comfort and the beach as your constant source of beauty right in your backyard. We had six adults and one baby, and it felt as if the place was more than enough room for everyone. The lot that the home sits on is huge and beautifully maintained/landscaped. And yes, the ocean is amazing and wonderful for families to swim and enjoy with its rocky reefs and safe calm waters. And the sunrises…breathtaking right outside of your full-view windows and/or back porch. This place (and the hosts) will make your stay memorable forever.

I didn’t like that we had to leave - it was that good.

The natural lighting and well kept outdoor area was refreshing. The remodel was well thought out and truly I loved everything about the place.

No ac units in the outside sleeping areas and the outdoor shower while being great was in eyeline of the neighbors, a camera and the dining room. Not really dislikes here, rather more of a it would be a lot cooler if these things were not like this.

This property is so beautiful. The view is incredible. The beach is so pretty. The location is convenient, just minutes from grocery store, good food, beautiful beaches and more! The rental is quiet, feels very private, and has a beautiful huge yard. The house is nice, easy to navigate, new, and was a pleasure to stay in. The showers were amazing. The kitchen had everything you could need, and the couches were so comfortable. My family loved staying here for the week. It was so hard to leave. We hope to return to Oahu’s best kept secret in the future!

We loved EVERYTHING!

As a former Oahu resident, I have stayed all over this island and this is the best home and beachfront property I have ever stayed at! It was magical and my girlfriends and I had such an incredible time! The sunrises were jaw dropping. The house was nearly all brand new, super modern, luxurious furniture and totally comfy with no detail forgotten, they even had A/C and a fireplace! We loved all of the separate space we each had with the Ohana's, plenty of room for all of our stuff and privacy for those calls back to home to the husbands and the kids! Movie nights in the outside hot tub and sun bathing on the day bed were unforgettable! The beach felt like it was totally ours the entire time we were there, like we were truly at our own private beachfront resort, so private with steps right down from the house and such soft sand! It was thrilling to be at the beach and not get hammered by the waves due to the two protected reefs. This will for sure be our new annual girls trip! We saw Monk Seals and Sea Turtles! We had the perfect mix of walking up and down the beach, snorkeling, laying out drinking cocktails, reading our books and floating. Couldn't have been a better time than it was! Can't wait to come back! Many thanks to our host Brandy, she was a great!

Please stop advertising that the house is for 10 people , since we arrived we feel literally robed, there are two casitas outside with no air condition ,poor ventilation and no curtains !!is not a house with 4 bedrooms and two baths !!! horrible mornings all the sun in the face at 7 am , if you want use the bathroom in the middle of the night guess what nope you can't< my daughters sleeping in the weir bathroom setup attached to the main bedroom made always uncomfortable experience ,also be prepared for 7 to 8 cameras in the patio and entrances, we feel like we were at reality show!! But is our fault we believe the host and the almost perfect pictures ,AHH and also same as the past review ,water sewer very poor in the showers and the toilets , guess Brandy is going to blame on us too....lol PERIOD this house is for 4 people only ......we miss the sentence that said detached, but they never explain how detached is,,, we tough ohh the casita is extra so nice !! if you bring more people be prepared and bring urine basins because you going to need it .....ALOHA
