A really large space for the price. The bed was really comfortable. There was plenty of space to relax too. Olivia’s communication was excellent

Parking was a little tight but fine once I’d got the hang of it.

It was lovely , clean . Olivia was very helpful . Good location everywhere I needed to get to was only 10/15 minutes to drive . Would definitely use again if I’m in the area .

It's not clear that Hot Tub is NOT included.. This was the reason we booked. Not the best if you have mobility issues as very deep step to shower room, which I struggled to get down, plus stairs were quite steep up to the bedroom. Lovely accommodation though and very friendly owner.

It was excellent the rooms were all clean. It had its own back garden were you could relax and listen to the birds.

The step going out the back garden was a bit big otherwise was excellent

No clarity that there is a charge for the hot tub so this was not in set up for us to use. Listing does not advise a charge and vendor did not get in touch to advise a charge very disappointed. No phone coverage and no welcome pack so first hour of holiday was spent walking up and down the lane to main road to contact vendor for wifi code. Could do with a sign to advise the turning for the property as we drove passed and had to turn round. Garden could do with being cleared of weeds.

Biscuits, cosy, big fridge, smelt nice! Little garden with football- our son loves football , free wifi and Netflix was a nice touch

A little bit cold, no control of heating, but was a portable heater upstairs. We didn't ask, but im sure the hosts would have switched it on if we asked

I do not recommend this accommodation if someone has plans to use a sofa downstairs for sleeping. It’s an old, smelly piece of furniture not suitable for sleeping. The kitchen is a disappointment too, a portable oven is supplied but dirty inside. The rubbish bin in the kitchen is dirty and stinks. The upstairs bedroom is alright although there is no baby gate. The road to the property is narrow and full of brambles bushes. I scratched the car when getting there on the first evening. It was also hard to find, a signpost would be helpful like some B&Bs have. I thought the price is good as they were new property on booking.com, meaning they want customers. That’s not true, the price is only low because of bad facilities.

Very spacious and loved how it had 2 showers. Nice garden area as well. Catered well for my kids needs too. Hot tub was a nice touch, still would have stayed even without it.

Area was nice but couldn't get any signal. Kept banging my head on the door frame leading to the bathroom lol.
