Glass door in bathroom maybe need a blind.

Handy location down a private lane off the main road to Exmouth. Great for visiting villages along the Exe Estuary and Exmouth itself. Cosy garden with afternoon sun, birdsong, and apples trees. Tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits provided as well as a welcoming bottle of wine. Everything was in working order and clearly labeled.

Wonderful warm reception from Olivia and Jason. They could not have been more obliging. Prior to arrival we had communicated via email and were given information on local attractions and places of interest plus directions. Well equipped kitchen with almost everything we needed. Good hot water supply and very comfy bed so we had great sleeps during our 5 day stay. Situated down a lane the property is very quiet yet we were close to Topsham (a very pretty English village) and Exeter.

Access to lane from a busy main road could be a little challenging at times but we learned to do so. A large road sign would be really helpful.

Cleanliness of self catering property. Plenty of nearby places of interest for visiting. Olivia always ready to help.

Access to downstairs bathroom by 2 high steps which could be difficult for the less mobile. Also, bathroom rather cold even with heated towel rail. However, I understand that likely, nothing can be done about this!

All was lovely for my needs

A great location, comfortable, spacious & wonderful hosts. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch. Will definitely stay there again!
