Breakfast not applicable. Location was good in a quiet lane but convenient for nearby amenities. There was lots of accommodation and the owner was very pleasant and accommodating.

The cottage was located perfectly for our stay near family in the area. Cottage is very cosy and clean. Bed was very comfy! Shower room downstairs was the one we used and shower was great.

Lacked a few utensils and bit DIY needed in bedroom on drawers. WiFi didn’t hook up to TV and streaming service in the evenings of our stay. During the day was ok. Shower room upstairs cramped so we used downstairs one.

Clean, tidy and great location to explore the surrounding countryside.

The location is reasonable. The bathroom shower worked well.

This is a badly converted garage, and much of the interior appears to have been sourced from salvage yards or very second-hand sales. There was no cooker apart from an old cheap plug-in electric ring plus a small microwave and air-fryer. The air-fryer is pretty dirty and there is a real lack of utensils/crockery (only one enormous saucepan). The kitchen table is ancient, and the chairs are old - especially the one for the 'designated work space!' The en-suite is virtually unusable for adults, and the standard of DiY is lamentable. The tiny en-suite basin only has cold water, and the shower is falling apart. A sky-light has been badly inserted into the bedroom roof, but with no curtain/blind. The back door is in the bathroom, and doesn't shut/lock, so the property cannot be secured. We had to ask for another towel, cutlery and toilet rolls even though the owners knew we were a party of five. The sofa beds are pretty uncomfortable and the linen very poor (one sheet was 100%polyester, torn and threadbare). The outside space is hopeless - uncut grass, weeds everywhere and around the 'hot tub', paving slabs all crooked (trip hazards) pots and planters with dead plants. In the bedroom, one of the heavy eaves-cupboard doors fell down and nearly caused a serious injury. The low door frames also caused a couple of minor head injuries! The washing machine smelt mouldy, leaked and flooded the floor. We don't even recall seeing any smoke alarms!

The place was really lovely and in a lovely location. Olivia was very accommodation and communication was brilliant. Very good value for money. Will definitely stay again.

Rather small bathroom in the first floor, but nevertheless useful. Otherwise all good.
