The location is perfect. Just outside the busy city but only a few minutes drive.

Self contained you can please yourself. The accommodation is well equipped although we ate out.

Location was perfect for where we were visiting, hosts were amazing and really helpful.

Nothing was excellent

The place was filthy, the only think clean was the sinks and toilets. The rest was not to standard. Unusable air fryer and microwave. Kettle was dirty on the outside. Freezer was filthy too. Very cold, pluged in oiled filled radiators were not sufficient enough. The on-suite up stairs was very small, the bathroom down stairs was unusable due to being so cold. No Privacy Had a gentleman grooming himself from a van outside the lounge window. Very disappointed after reading reviews about the cleanliness, as it was unacceptable. Short stay luckily.

Nice and cosy, very good for nights in. Convenient with bus stop just nearby leading to exeter and just a 10 minute walk to the famous farm shop. Quiet location, tucked away from the main road. Has everything you need.

There was only two toilet rolls, not sure if we missed where its kept.

Very big accomodation for the price of a cheap hotel room within walking distance of darts farm and Topsham. It is a connected annex to the owners house, you have your own entrance. All the facilities you require and in a quiet location. There is no proper oven/hob but there is a microwave, air fryer and a plug in two plate hob available so enough to cook simple meals on. It is comfortable, warm, large bedroom, large lounge with TV, kitchen/diner/utility and a very good downstairs shower. I didn't use the ensuite shower it's quite small. Parking is available outside or free on the street. Worked very nicely for me for a few days and would be a good base for walkers or cyclists wanting to explore the area. Thanks for a nice stay!

Just a note, this is a split level type of accomodation with stairs down to the downstairs shower, stairs up to lounge and quite quirky with multiple doors. Not a problem for me, but maybe something to consider for others. Some parts could be updated, but this is a great value place, clean and tidy.

Es war alles ordentlich und sauber.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schlecht gedämmt. Wir waren Ende September bei niedrigen Nachttemperaturen dort. Die Heizung war ein Problem. Trotz Zusage wurde sie nicht entsprechend den Temperaturen angestellt. Die elektrischen Zusatzheizungen reichten nicht aus. Bei niedrigen Temperaturen sollte man auf eine Buchung verzichten. Die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile war etwas dürftig.

Owners where fantastic, even gave a lift when we where stuck. Absolutely would reccomend
