Loads of space in the Condo. A king size bed and a double bed in the bedroom but still plenty of room. Also the sofa turns into a bed in the living room. Everything that you need in the kitchen. Liked the filter coffee maker. A large shower and a bath which were clean. The outdoors guitar shaped swimming pool was really nice. Not heated but you got warm quickly when you started swimming. The parking under the building was convenient and never full. Locally there were two coffee shop within a 10 minute work and a bar that did food a 5 minute walk . Broadway was a 25 minute walk away or a 10 dollar off peak Uber ride.

Convenient location, quiet. Host very attentive and helpful. Open and large apartment very clean with nice option to use pool.

Tricky to park underneath building but nice to have a parking spot. Sofa in LR could use a refresh, crumbs in cushions.

"Road Trip Texas"

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was less than 10 mins walk to Music Row which was a fun night out with lots of local friendly people there and about 25 mins walk to Broadway which was amazing. The hosts checked in with us to let us know that condo was ready earlier than expected and then to make sure we had settled in ok. Parking was great and the pool area with the guitar shaped pool was clean with enough chairs and beds. If we are lucky enough to visit Nashville we would definitely stay there again.

"Spacious and Quiet"

Spacious apartment for our family of 3. Hotel was close to many restaurants and easy walk to the Gulch. The area was quiet and away from noisy areas. Had basic kitchen and allowed us to eat breakfast in the room. Loved to see the guitar shaped pool, but it was not open because our visit was in March and the weather was too cold. Enjoyed our stay!

Traffic in front of building slowed entry, but not that big of an inconvenience.
