Clean and all the basics

No Parking ,fire alarm kept beeping

Location perfect , very comfy beds , would like to stay in the summer to use the courtyard ! Only down side was the no parking

It was cheap and very clean. Verg comfy bed.

A little basic. Don't like fake plants. A second little coffee table would be useful. Windowblinds made it feel dark.

The location was good, the beds were comfortable. The price was good

Attention to detail..no chopping board in kitchen, food left in the bin, no bin bags in kitchen or bathroom. The shower went from hot to cold in seconds.,the boiler was very noisy.

Location was perfect for our night away Accommodation had everything we needed Good value Parking available nearby Area felt safe

When we arrived there was a note pinned on the door from a neighbour telling us not to park outside for more than 5mins(we had parked in the street anyway, which was fine) and advising that they would not tolerate noise after 11pm, littering, swearing or anti social behaviour. Not something we would do and not very welcoming when that’s the first thing you see!

Location poor for beach

Nowhere to hang clothes, the only suitable cupboard was full of mattress and stuff. No drawers to use in bedroom, or luggage racks to stand cases on. Outside area very unloved, not nice to sit in. No chopping board so had to cut food up on worksurface. Poor supply of kitchen equipment. Hot water in shower intermittent, got doused with cold water on and off, balancing water controls really difficult. Front door lock needs oiling. Only one hook in whole cottage to hang towels or coats

Clean and tidy. Nice open space in lounge area good communication from the owner.

Lack of outdoor privacy the garden area is very exposed where as online looked more private. Need a curtain over door as during night neighbours can easily see in if lights are on.

The bed was comfortable..

I thought the property could do with a deep clean.. there was cob webs in various places.. Also for what we paid for one night, there was no hand soap in the bathroom.. or a couple of tea bags left.. The host emailed to ask to strip the bed after we leave, I’m on holiday I don’t feel this is appropriate when you are paying £100 a night to stay! Also on arrival no hot water.. had to call the host to then mess around with the boiler from instructions sent to my phone.

Great location , very clean and plenty of room
