"Great value. In in"

A comfortable stay A nice cottage away from the road.So definitely quiet.But still close by.Many tourist attractions nearby.Good storage for a extended stay .We only stayed for one night. All the facilities working.Liked Kesslingland.Enjoyed a lovely day at Southwold well worth a visit.But brilliant gluten free fish and chips at Lowestoft at "the Chippy."Eat in or take away. Also made use of the nearby Chinese " Happy Wok "only a short walk from the cottage really good value large helpings .Twin Beds in the bedroom were comfortable.Sofa bed was fine . Table in small courtyard was nice for breakfast in the morning sunshine.

Lowestoft biggest town nearby is a dump.

Beautiful conferred stable, the kitchen had everything i needed for easter baking, very close to the carboot and walking distance to the beach

Enclosed courtyard was useful for the dog. Handy convenience store a few hundred yards up the road. Shower pressure was fine. The property was warm.

Boiler was noisy and kept waking my husband up. Some aspects of the property were tired eg the scratched kitchen cupboards.
