Good budget accommodation just a 15min drive from the beautiful town of Southwold.

Dog hairs everywhere! The sides of the beds were an inch thick with long dog hairs and the carpet in the living room was also really bad. To be fair we did book very last minute (same day) for a one night stay but really if you don’t have the time to clean maybe the booking shouldn’t be taken.

Clean and tidy with all you need.

This is a lovely converted stables in a great location. It was spotlessly clean and smelt lovely upon arrival. It’s in walking distance of a pub and local shop.

Nice accommodation, clean & warm, great for exploring the area, host quick to respond to any queries.

Parking was bad, had to park in street, sometimes quite a way away. Very basic cooking utensils, could do with new cutlery. no measuring bowl for microwave cooking. No toilet paper.

Parking was a bit awkward but manageable Could do with a blind on the door and an outside light.

Perfect little gem. Spar to get any supplies needed. Great little fish and chip shop/restaurant a short drive away.

Clean, well presented property with adequate facilities (no frills). Personally it was a good fit for us. Local shop, takeaways and pub in walking distance.

Traffic noise, barking dogs and a lack of parking were a bugbear. The latter could be resolved by refiguring the patio area. I wouldn't advertise that there was a view either.
