Parking was tricky

Very clean, warm and comfortable. We had no problem finding parking within a few minutes walk of the property.

The shower isn’t great, not much pressure and the temperature kept varying. There was nowhere to hang up wet coats, not that this was an issue on our trip. But as a walker I look out for these things. Finally, it would have been nice to have a couple of things ready for when we arrived. Things like hand cleaner and washing up liquid. The Spar store is just down the road so it wasn’t a great hassle but it is a nice to have.

Location and comfort..

Very minor points but surprised there was no washing up equipment, (liquid or brush), soap in the bathroom or user manual

Perfect for a family with teenage son, sofa bed in the sitting room. Well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. Everything provided just a little suggestion, soap and washing up liquid would be great.

Nicely decorated, quiet location, close to shops and only 20 min walk to the beach. Comfy bed and pillows.

Kitchen bin was full, no sponge or cloth to wash up,, salt and pepper shakers were empty, no other condiments or anything. Coffee mugs were all stained at the bottom inside. Shower really awkward, it's been installed to the side making it hard to wash long hair as you have to lean to stand under it. No information on anything, like advice on where to park, or nearby shops or takeaways etc. No information on how to start the central heating, spent ages late at night working out the thermostat and the boiler. Then had to work out why there was no hot water the next day, managed to work out it needed repressurising and how to do that. Wasn't hard once you knew what to do but boilers here are different to the ones in my country.

Great location for us visiting old friends and memorable places (used to live in the area as a child), comfortable and quiet.

The two rugs and the sofa in the property had a strong dog smell. The property is dog friendly so this is to be expected to a degree. Perhaps get rid of the rugs and replace sofa with a leather one so it could be wiped down/disinfected easily. Toilet seat needs tightening - it was very loose.

Good size with all the Little extras you could need. Thank you for the complimentary tea and coffee. Parking available on the street but not directly outside.

We do not have a dog, so the smell of the apartment from previous dog stays wasn't to our taste. Needs a little TLC to brighten it up and make it feel cleaner
