Smooth check-in. Clean towels and bed linens. Staff is very helpful. They helped us weigh our bags before checkout. Helped us with printing boarding passes. Sufficient toiletries were provided. Great breakfast on the quiet roof top. It does add a lot a pluses. Property is guarded 24*7. Value for money, all in all.

Too far from the airport. Too far from almost all tourist attractions. Not many restaurants nearby. Foul smell in the surroundings. Small room, no cupboards! No tables/chairs in the room. Noisy, all day and night.

Free breakfast and gym, helpful staff, gated entrance, and clean rooms!

The location was the only thing that was a little far from the airport, with traffic about two hours.

When we entered there was no direction to the reception the security sat never attended to help, we had to ask were to enter, we had to carry out our bags with no assistance, then to pay for the stay, the payment won't go through they were not accepting international cards, problem with their speed point. I had to pay cash fortunetly I did have some cash. They were not interested in the tiresome travel we had to get to them but the payment despite they have a problem with the speed point, very unethical and I had to constantly check as I wanted to get the payment done, 5 days later I had to pay via a link,. They even wanted me to pay cash in full but didn't want to omit my bank charges for withdrawals of daily cash. Another no no to stay if you are someone that likes having a good shower after a tiring day then Freesia is not the place as before you can wash your hair prepare to have a cold bath.
