Freesia Residency By Express Inn - Navi Mumbai

Very clean and good facilities. The room is small but has a good bathroom. Large windows which makes it feel larger. Good shared space between three rooms on each floor with a balcony and table.

Not much space to hang for store clothes in room.

Not much was to our liking... I expected much better for a 4 star hotel...

The location was bad, far away from the city centre of Mumbai (we didn't realise when we booked...). The room wasn't very clean (a lot of dust on the floor and hairs in the bathroom), the balcony door didn't close (and we were on the 10th floor) - this also meant we heard outside traffic which was difficult for sleeping. The door to the hallway wasn't soundproof, so both nights we woke up from people walking and talking. The shower wasn't very warm (!!), I would say lukewarm at best... breakfast was not intercontinental and very few options. The food we ate was okay, but just not what was expected

Staff is great go to extent to help customers

Balcony door wouldn’t lock. Rooms were apart from each other and family was separated. The windows would not lock shut either. Place had mosquitoe problem
