If you don’t have car, it is hard to book grab/taxi to go to places because of the location.

Faulty water heater, water supply disruption, tv remote in the bed room didn't have batteries.

This review is to inform potential guests about the road conditions leading to this accommodation. My family and I did not actually stay in the unit because we were unprepared for how extremely steep the road was going to the property. The incline was so steep that we found ourselves praying while driving up — it honestly felt like a roller coaster ride, and we were afraid our car might roll backward at any moment. To be completely honest, I thought we might not make it safely that day. The road is also very narrow, and the location is quite far from the main attractions. Because of these safety concerns, we decided to book another accommodation on the same day instead of taking the risk. I can’t comment on the cleanliness or condition of the actual unit, but I strongly advise future guests to be prepared for the very steep and challenging access road before booking.

Quiet location on an elevated site with cheap transport to Bagio City, any requests were done by the manager, very clean with good cooking facilities, totally happy with the stay and hope to book again in the future, Thanks Anthony

I’ve read some comments saying that the location is far from Session Road, but that wasn’t a problem for us because there’s a jeepney terminal right at the corner (“kanto”) of the area. We rode the jeepney a few times, and Grab was also very accessible and easy to book from the house to anywhere we wanted to go. The house was clean, and we had a fun and comfortable stay :) Thank you so much to the caretaker and the owner!

The unit was clean, comfortable and exceptional 👌. The owner abruptly responded to all of our requests. Definitely coming back.
